Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Domestic orders: 5–10 business days

  • International orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your shipment.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
